Job summary

DKSH seeks a Product Data and Analytics Manager for Group Digital Product to own product data across CRM, eCommerce/B2B, and Digital Services. You’ll set standards, architecture, and forecasting to empower Product Owners and leadership to monitor performance and plan confidently.

You will lead data governance, portfolio dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering to deliver a unified customer view and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years in data, analytics or BI roles, with meaningful time near product or platform teams in digital/tech.
• Ability to read data models, review a query or forecast, and assess vendor/engineering approaches.
• Understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and how platforms are instrumented for measurement.
• Experience with BI/dashboard tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) and forecasting methods.
• Experience directing contractors/analysts/engineering resources to deliver high‑quality work.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main data/metrics owner for the portfolio across CRM, eCommerce/B2B, and Digital Services.
• Own taxonomy of metrics and standardize adoption, utilization, and business impact definitions.
• Build and maintain the always-on portfolio dashboard for leadership and Product Owners.
• Develop predictive/forecasting capability for proactive decision-making.
• Identify optimization opportunities from data patterns to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Own data governance and quality standards across the portfolio and validate against source systems.
