Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Product Associate/Manager within Group Technology—EDS in Malaysia to drive data, BI and AI product initiatives across business units. You will translate needs into product roadmaps, manage end-to-end lifecycles, and own backlogs with Jira/Confluence.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data leads and external partners, applying Looker/PowerBI and cloud AI concepts (Vertex AI, Gemini) to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, business analysis or technology consulting (Associate level).
• 5+ years with strong product ownership experience (Manager level) in relevant industries.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience; CSPO certification preferred.
• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence; familiarity with Looker and PowerBI.
• Understanding of data architectures, SQL and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into actionable product definitions and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to adoption and impact.
• Define data/BI/AI requirements and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data leads for viability and delivery.
• Own backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and releases.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to align deliveries with specs.
