Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Sepang, Malaysia to drive the product roadmap and lifecycle. You will work closely with business and technical teams to translate strategy into executable plans and deliver outcomes that meet customer needs.

We are a lean, high-impact team where engineers work directly on cutting-edge AI products serving enterprise clients across Malaysia and the region.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the product roadmap and lifecycle, working closely with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery with internal stakeholders, including customer journey mapping, identifying user needs, and developing roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and design teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and product designs.
• Manage Agile product delivery, including user stories, backlog grooming, prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate product strategy into detailed business and functional requirements, prototypes, and actionable plans.
• Support product strategy development by identifying product differentiation, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Partner with development and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and faster time-to-market, from concept through rollout.
• Build strong alignment and buy-in for the product vision with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position & No Expats.
• At least 5 years of overall working experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Product Management role.
• Experience in Product Management within domains such as E-Commerce, Customer Support, or Merchant Support.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and use data, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions.
• Good understanding of technology concepts such as APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capability.
• Creative mindset with a clear product vision.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with airline technology systems.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Prior experience in the Travel or E-Commerce domain.
