Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering a Product Management Intern position to gain real-world exposure across product research, documentation, feature testing, and cross-functional coordination. This internship provides hands-on experience within the global gaming and e-commerce landscape and allows you to turn market insights and data into real-world product improvements.

You will work closely with our Product team, supporting PRD drafting, UAT, and data-driven improvements while developing presentations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrates strong logical thinking and analytical capability.
• Ability to translate research into clear, structured presentations (PowerPoint/Slides/Canva).
• Proactive communication skills and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Market & Competitor Research: analyze emerging features and UX trends in gaming/e-commerce.
• Product Documentation Support: draft PRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Testing Support: plan and conduct UAT for new features.
• Data & Performance Tracking: assist in data gathering and summarize feedback.
• UI/UX & Operational Support: map basic flows, identify friction points, and take meeting notes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging features and UX trends in the global gaming and e-commerce industry.
• Product Documentation Support: Assist in drafting product requirement documents (PRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Testing Support: Plan and execute user acceptance testing(UAT) for new features to ensure they meet requirements and deliver an excellent user experience.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Support data gathering, monitor product performance metrics post-launch, and summarize user feedback to suggest improvement areas.
• UI/UX & Operational Support: Assist in mapping basic process/user flows, identifying UI/UX friction points, and taking meeting minutes during project discussions.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, UX, or a related field.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical capability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize research findings and product concepts into clear, well-structured presentations (using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva).
• Proactive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (e.g., user flow, wireframing) is an advantage.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry is a strong advantage.
