Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to lead IT products and technology solutions. You will collaborate with vendors, distributors and partners to develop product strategies and align with company objectives.

Minimum 2 years in IT product management, strong English communication, and a business development mindset. You will monitor market trends, coordinate pricing and promotions with vendors, and report on product performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product management, sales, presales, channel or vendor management.
• Good understanding of IT products and technology solutions.
• Experience working with IT vendors or distributors is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good commercial and business development mindset.
• Able to work independently and closely with Sales and Technical teams.

• Identify new business opportunities and grow the assigned product portfolio.
• Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, margin and quota achievement.
• Conduct product briefings and provide product knowledge to the Sales and Presales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new technology opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, promotions, training and business development activities.
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, sales pipeline and forecast.
