Job summary

Lazada Malaysia is offering a 6-month internship in Kuala Lumpur, focused on supporting and managing end-to-end platform campaigns with post-campaign analysis.

You will develop project plans, track milestones and resources, identify risks, and work with marketing, product and operations to drive engagement. Ideal candidates are data-driven, communicative, organized, and passionate about e-commerce.

• Support, plan and manage (end-to-end) platform Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various marketing campaigns
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues
• Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional campaign projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
• Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and operational teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

• Demonstrates ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with stakeholder management ability
