Job summary
Jora Malaysia is offering a Product Management Intern position to gain real-world exposure across product research, documentation, feature testing, and cross-functional coordination. This internship provides hands-on experience within the global gaming and e-commerce landscape and allows you to turn market insights and data into real-world product improvements.
You will work closely with our Product team, supporting PRD drafting, UAT, and data-driven improvements while developing presentations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrates strong logical thinking and analytical capability.
- Ability to translate research into clear, structured presentations (PowerPoint/Slides/Canva).
- Proactive communication skills and detail orientation are essential.
Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Research: analyze emerging features and UX trends in gaming/e-commerce.
- Product Documentation Support: draft PRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Testing Support: plan and conduct UAT for new features.
- Data & Performance Tracking: assist in data gathering and summarize feedback.
- UI/UX & Operational Support: map basic flows, identify friction points, and take meeting notes.
