In this role, you will understand the customer journey, participate in user discovery, analyse market data, support the product development process, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to user interviews and usability testing. Junior Product Manager’s role includes , but is not limited to:
Assist in gathering and documenting detailed product requirements from stakeholders.
Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating feature behaviour against business requirements, documenting issues, and confirming fixes before release.
Assist in product documentation and training materials for new features and assist in conducting training sessions.
Review support tickets to identify common issues and areas for product enhancement.
Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor products.
Ensure project initiatives stay on track and milestones are met.
Monitor product usage and performance metrics using analytics tools.
Basic Requirement
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑function team environment.
Basic understanding of the cycle of product development.
A strong interest in product management and technology.
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English.
Familiarity with project management and analytics tools is a plus.
