Job summary

CARSOME, Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform, is seeking a Sales Consultant in Malaysia to join a high-energy team. You will attend to walk-in and online inquiries, using knowledge of CARSOME inventory to match buyers with vehicles that fit their needs.

You will guide customers through the complete process—from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing—and ensure records are accurately completed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customer inquiries.

Your Day-to-Day

Able to work in a high energy sales environment where you will work as a team to meet goals.

Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.

Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.

Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.

Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A session sand drive virtual showroom traffic.

Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.

High level of self-motivation.

Training will be provided.
