CARSOME is recruiting an Assistant Manager, Group PMO (Commercial) to drive and implement key organizational changes aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial or Operations improvement projects: define status, challenges, measure results, plan improvements, implement and take corrective actions.
• Go to Gemba: gather information on country-specific problems and requirements, identify improvement areas.
• Optimize communication flows between country and regional teams by defining requirements and support needs.
• Benchmark country processes, exchange best practices, and standardize operational processes.
• Identify and manage continuous improvement of methods, systems and tools (5S, Shopfloor, booking logic, workshops) to boost efficiency.
• Lead regular performance monitoring with country teams on key metrics and drive operational improvements.
• Develop and update regional SOPs and support country teams in consolidating requests, defining product scope, and UAT/demo activities.

Job description

As an Assistant Manager, Group PMO (Commercial) at CARSOME, you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing key organizational changes and ensuring the company's strategic objectives are met. This role will be part of the Group PMO and Performance team. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Commercial, Operations, FP&A, Product & Technology, Data, Marketing and others, to lead and support transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Lead Commercial or Operation improvement projects: define current status and key challenges, develop mechanisms to measure project results, plan and prioritize improvement measures, implement improvements, and take corrective measures at regular intervals

Go to Gemba: be the eye on the ground for department heads, gather project relevant information, understand country specific problems and requirements, and constantly identify areas of improvement

Optimize communication flows between country and regional teams by defining requirements and answering questions for both sides on support needs

Benchmark country processes, exchange best practices, and standardize operational processes

Identify and manage continuous improvement of methods, systems and tools (e.g. 5S, Shopfloor, appointment booking logics, process workshops) to help operations teams manage capacity and deliver higher process efficiency

Lead regular performance monitoring cadence with relevant country teams on key performance metrics, identify improvement areas and drive operational improvements

Develop and update regional SOP and support country teams in consolidating/filtering requests, defining product scope, and UAT/Demo/walkthrough activities

About you

Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field

5 years of experience in project management, commercial or operational excellence roles

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and work with cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proven track record of successfully driving and implementing process improvement initiatives

Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Product Management knowledge and experience (added advantage)
