Job summary

Nanogrind Technologies is seeking a Product Engineer (Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation) in Penang to design and improve electrical and control systems for industrial machines. You will manage product development, coordinate testing, and ensure compliance with CE Machinery Regulations and international standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation, or related engineering.
• Fresh graduates or 1–5 years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation is advantageous.
• Exposure to CE regulations, machine safety, ISO quality systems, or risk assessment is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally for project support.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical control systems, sensors, and industrial automation is an advantage.

• Exposure to CE regulations, machine safety, ISO quality systems, or risk assessment is a plus. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Willing to travel occasionally for project support.

• Take full end-to-end ownership of project execution to ensure successful delivery and strategic alignment.
• Demonstrate strong schedule discipline, ensuring all project deliverables are executed in strict accordance with agreed-upon timelines.
