Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Marketing/Management, technical sales, or related roles in electronics/PCB/semiconductor industries.
• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or electronic materials.
• Experience with product commercialization, pricing strategy, and business development.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive profitable growth through pricing, positioning, and portfolio management.
• Lead market assessments and business case development for new products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Global Product Management.
• Support product launches, lifecycle management, and commercialization activities.
