Job summary

ams OSRAM Group in Malaysia is seeking a Product Development Project Lead to transfer from development to high-volume manufacturing. You will coordinate engineering builds, test runs, and monitor yield to meet project objectives.

You will ensure BOM setup, line steering readiness, production system readiness and proper documentation for mass production, plus prepare periodic reports for stakeholders on project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in Product Development processes is preferred.

• Lead product development projects in transferring from product development phase to high volume manufacturing phase.
• Coordinates engineering builds, test run builds & monitors the yield to meet project objectives.
• Lead in ensuring BOM setup, line steering readiness, production system readiness & proper documentation readiness for mass production.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Physics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in Product Development processes.
• Good knowledge of Semiconductor Product Development and Manufacturing.
