Job summary

ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Malaysia is seeking a Process Development (Test) Senior Technician / Associate Engineer to support new project development and production-line builds. This role requires a Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering and 2+ years in engineering or semiconductor environments.

You will coordinate engineering builds from LOT start to shipment, collaborate with production and Process Tech for standard process implementations, and assist in DOE matrix matters for

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of working experience in engineering/semiconductor line.
• Support/assist R&D activities such as samples build/Engineering EVA.
• Able to setup and do conversion to run R&D samples build.
• With basic technical knowledge in electronic/semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Assist PDMF on new project development (Shift Tech).
• Coordinate Engineering build execution in production line from LOT start till shipment.
• Collaborated with production and Process Tech for standard process build.
• Manage new produciton develop new system setup.
