Job summary

ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is seeking a competent engineer to lead product development projects from concept to high-volume manufacturing. You will coordinate engineering builds, test runs, and monitor yield to ensure objectives are met, while ensuring BOM setup and production system readiness for mass production.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in the semiconductor industry, with knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
• Experience in Product Development processes.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Product Development and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from development to mass production.
• Coordinate engineering builds, test runs, and monitor yield to meet objectives.
• Prepare periodic reports for stakeholders on project status.
