Job summary

Cleve is seeking a product design lead to shape how 40,000+ people experience its AI second brain. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, from concept through pixel-perfect specs, and maintain a cohesive design system across web and mobile.

You’ll run user research, translate insights into product improvements, and collaborate tightly with engineering to ensure quality from design to implementation, while shaping marketing surfaces and brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong Figma skills and a portfolio that shows product thinking, not just aesthetics.
• Experience designing complex interactive UIs such as editors, dashboards, or productivity tools.
• Speed. You move from rough concept to detailed spec without losing the thread.

What we're looking for

Nice to have
