Job summary

JB Hired is seeking a Product Designer who will shape user interfaces and experiences across digital products. You will participate in product discovery, conduct user interviews, map processes, and draft product requirements to guide development.

You will blend UI/UX with product management aspects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive experiences and maintain design systems for multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience.

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in not only designing user interfaces and experiences but also in shaping the future of our products. You will be involved in the product discovery process, from conducting user interviews and managing stakeholder expectations to mapping out process flows and drafting product requirements documents. • Draft product requirements documents to guide the development process.
• Participate in product discovery processes, including stakeholder management and process flow mapping.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain design systems and visual assets for our digital platforms.
• Prototype for both mobile and web applications.
• Work closely with developers, other designer, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive product experience.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with a keen interest in ProductDesign and basic experience in product management..
• A proven track record of engaging in the product discovery process, including user
• interviews, stakeholder management and process flow mapping.
• Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
