Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess current business processes, identify pain points, and recommend digital transformation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and success metrics for DTO-led projects/initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, budgets, and progress monitoring.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks/issues, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure on-time, on-quality delivery of transformation outcomes.
• Support change adoption through communication, training, feedback collection, and stakeholder alignment across business units and levels.
• Define and track KPIs (e.g., efficiency gains, cost savings, adoption rates, ROI). Analyze data, prepare impact reports, scorecards, and executive updates.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in digital projects, business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination

• Experience in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid project environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Added Advantage

• Experience in digital transformation or process re-engineering
