Job summary

rhi is seeking a Procurement Transformation Analyst in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) to drive procurement to contract process and system improvements. The role requires 6+ years of transformation experience, workshops with stakeholders, and collaboration with product owners and IT teams.

Based in Bangsar South KL with a 60/40 work-from-home arrangement, the contractor will manage data analysis, governance materials, and change deliverables across the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement transformation/change projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and discovery workshops with stakeholders.

rhi are working our client to find a Procurement Transformation Analyst with a depth of transformation, business analysis and change deliverables, with 'procurement to contract' process and system expertise.

Required: Immediate

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Function:

Procurement Strategy to Contract or Sourcing to Contract process and system expertise.

The role requires a minimum of 6yrs + experience working with tracking, testing, and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, Wiki, SharePoint, Mural and Teams

Skills required:

• Programme focused role to gain a deep understanding of the user requirements; translating this into design statements and related field analysis documents and understanding the change impact to be able to drive the correct system and change deliverables.
• Experience in managing and facilitating design and discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather and ultimately define, document and maintain requirements for process and tools.
• Experience in successfully delivering business analysis deliverables; setting the approach and standards.
• Experience working with product owner and technical teams to build out detailed requirements and complete gap analysis.
• Completing impact assessments across all affected personas/group and support the implementation of changes including input to training and communication.
• Experience managing cross functional/content business cases.
• Help provide insight on best/industry standard practice and identify simplification/automation opportunities where possible.
• Ensure that requirements and design decisions are aligned and agreed with Global Process Owners-GPOs & various stake holders (Template owners, IT teams, Operations)
• Data analysis and reporting to support the above including providing materials for governance presentations.
• Relevant, previous experience with continuous improvement and change management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

What you will need to be successful

• 6+ years' experience in procurement transformation/ change projects
• Have proven yourself within a large supply chain environment for a multinational company.
• Proven to deliver workshops, input to training and face to face engagement with key stakeholders.
• Quick to learn/understand systems and processes with ability to deep dive and understand complex scenarios and translate to simple summaries of findings

Technical experience:

• Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, reporting dashboards, analytical tools
• Experience working with tracking, testing, and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, Wiki, SharePoint, Mural and Teams
