• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain, IT, Digital, Finance, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and procure IT hardware, software, and services, as well as indirect procurement items such as office supplies, marketing services, HR services, and facility management.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with IT and indirect procurement vendors, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable terms for the company across IT and indirect procurement categories.
• Work closely with finance and relevant teams to manage procurement budgets and control costs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations across all procurement categories.
• Improve procurement processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices in IT and indirect procurement.
• Work closely with IT, finance, HR, marketing, facilities, and other departments to understand business needs and provide procurement solutions.
• Keep updated on procurement trends, emerging technologies, and cost-effective solutions to provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor agreements, and procurement documentation accurately across IT and indirect procurement categories.
