Job summary

DevloIT SDN BHD invites an experienced procurement specialist to manage end-to-end procurement in a dynamic Malaysian environment. You will source suppliers, run RFQ/RFP processes, and negotiate terms while building strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement from requisition to delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
• Conduct RFQ/RFP processes, compare quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, and delivery.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
