Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking an Associate Specialist in Procurement for DC Operations and Client Fit Out. You will source materials, manage vendors, and support contract negotiations to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery for data center fit‑outs.

You will analyze procurement data, maintain supplier records, and collaborate with project teams to align with budgets and schedules, while upholding company policies and compliance. This hybrid role may involve onsite work at data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Certification such as CPSM or CPM.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in construction, data centre fit‑out projects, or facilities / DC Operations procurement.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiations/drafting and management.

Responsibilities

• Procurement execution: manage purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
• Vendor & Contract Management: assist in supplier selection, evaluation, onboarding, and negotiations for fit‑out projects.
• Cost Analysis & Reporting: analyze procurement data and prepare reports/dashboards for management review.
• Compliance & Risk Management: ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements; monitor supplier performance.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work with project managers, finance, and operations to align procurement with schedules and budgets.
