Job summary

Xircle Talent is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end sourcing for data centre and power generation components across Asia, focusing on cost, quality and timely delivery. You will develop procurement strategies for PDUs, cooling and IT infrastructure, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee the full lifecycle in ERP systems, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within engineering, construction, or data centre infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export procedures, and logistics within the Asian region.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with multi-disciplinary suppliers.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for PDUs, cooling systems, and IT infrastructure components for modular data centre projects.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manufacturers across Asia to optimise total cost of ownership and lead times.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to receipt of goods.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply for project milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to define technical specifications and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain records in the ERP system and generate reports on spend analysis and supplier KPIs.
