Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist with subcontractor management, including searching for new subcontractors, negotiating with subcontractors, arranging meetings, and related tasks.
• Assist the project team in addressing subcontractor issues to ensure the project is finished on time.
• Work with the project team to ensure the timely availability of subcontractors according to project schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections of subcontractors.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with relevant local legislation and safety regulations.
• Handle subcontractors' purchase orders (POs) and payment status.
• Prepare regular reports and complete other duties assigned by superiors.
