Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is assisting a Roofing Manufacturer in Kapar, Selangor to hire a Procurement Specialist on a 6-month contract. You will manage end-to-end procurement transactions, ensure requests meet SLAs, and support sourcing for repeat and new requirements.

You will be the focal point for procurement activities, maintain governance and compliance, and leverage SAP ERP in a manufacturing, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any relevant disciplines.
• At least 5 years in transactional procurement role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments would be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement transactions for goods and services.
• Ensure all purchase requests are processes within agreed SLAs.
• Support sourcing activities for repeat and new requirements.
• Be the point of contact for assigned NSBS countries for sourcing and procurement.
• Ensuring that standards of governance and compliance in the execution of all procurement activities are maintained.

Position : Procurement Specialist
Company’s background : Roofing Manufacturer
Status : 6 Months Contract Under PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd
Work location : Kapar, Selangor
Working days : Monday to Friday
Working hours : 8.00am – 5.00pm
Salary : RM5,500 – RM7,000
Benefits : Medical Insurance
Entitlement : EPF, SOCSO & EIS, Annual Leave and Public Holiday based on client, other leaves entitlement based on Employment Act.
