The role focuses on cost efficiency, timely delivery, and building strong supplier relationships while working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, management or related field.
• 1–2 years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or related field.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.
• QS background is a plus but not required.
• Proficient with PR/PO processes and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
• Source, compare, and evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods/materials.
• Maintain procurement documentation and purchasing records.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, terms and services.
• Review procurement requirements for cost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Support team with daily operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
