Job summary

TNO Group Of Company in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for construction projects. You will ensure timely procurement at the best cost, quality, and delivery terms while maintaining supplier relationships and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include handling daily procurement, evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, preparing POs, and coordinating with Accounts on invoices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Autocount accounting software is a plus.
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of AP processes.
• Understanding of PO/DO/invoice matching and supplier invoices.
• Able to coordinate with Accounts/Finance on supplier payments.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus depending on vendor base.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily procurement activities for materials, equipment, tools, and services for construction projects.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for competitive prices and delivery terms.
• Request and compare quotations from different suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and requisitions.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery per project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project and Site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment as needed.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new ones.
• Evaluate supplier performance on price, quality, delivery, and service.
