Job summary

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated intern to support procurement and supply chain operations in Malaysia. You will forecast monthly purchase quantities, monitor raw material price trends, and assist in liaising with forwarding agents for import shipments.

Participation in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, supporting logistics to ensure timely deliveries, and preparing simple purchase analyses for internal use.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Strong interest in procurement and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Excel; exposure to data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP (training can be provided).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly purchase quantities based on demand from TG Group.
• Assist in tracking raw material price trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with external parties on import shipment processes, liaising with forwarding agents and transporters.
• Assist the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase requests, order processing, and vendor documentation.
• Support logistics team in monitoring container movements to ensure timely delivery to the factory and minimize costs.
• Prepare simple purchase analysis reports and consolidate purchase history for internal use and supplier discussions.
