Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree or 1–2 years of experience in business.
• Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics.
• Having experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Educational background in pure mathematics and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly purchase quantity by analyzing demand.
• Analyse raw material price movement for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with external entities for import shipments and forwarding.
• Manage Procure to Pay process including purchasing and vendor payments.
• Coordinate movement of containers to ensure timely delivery and avoid extra charges.
• Prepare analysis reports and purchase history for internal and supplier meetings.
