Job summary

Top Glove in Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional to support its growing operations. This role welcomes fresh graduates with a degree or 1–2 years of business experience.

You will forecast monthly purchases, analyze material price movements, coordinate import shipments, manage procure-to-pay, and prepare reports for internal and supplier meetings. Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics is expected; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree or 1–2 years of experience in business field.
• Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics.
• Having SAP experience is an advantage.
• Educational background includes a background in pure mathematics and operations management.
• Able to work in high demanding environments.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly purchase quantity by analyzing demand.
• Analyze the raw material price movement to ensure cost-efficient purchasing.
• Coordinate with external entities to handle import shipments, including forwarding agents for customs clearance and arranging transportation with haulers to move containers from port to factories.
• Manage the entire Procure to Pay process, including purchasing goods and making vendor payments.
• Coordinate the movement of containers to ensure timely delivery and avoid extra charges.
• Prepare analysis reports and purchase history for internal and supplier meetings.
