Job summary

Enterprise Powertech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Executive in Malaysia to manage procurement, delivery planning, and stock control. The role requires Mandarin communication with suppliers and clients, plus English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. You will coordinate shipments, maintain records, and pursue cost savings both locally and overseas.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 2–3 years in related fields is advantageous. The position starts on 1 November 2026 and expects strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome with 2-3 years of related experience being advantageous.
• Must communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients; strong English and Malay skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and stay up-to-date with marketing trends, pricing, and product knowledge.
• Conduct purchasing, delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers on shipment schedules and avoid unnecessary charges.
• Close monthly POs and maintain procurement records and vendor management.
• Check aging reports monthly before issuing new POs to suppliers.
• Source local and overseas best costs; engage for quality parts and services.
• Coordinate material receipt and delivery to site; arrange shipments and imports/exports.
• Meet with suppliers and stakeholders on forecasts, issues and process improvements.
• Address corrective actions with suppliers for quality issues and reps on samples/credits.

Procurement, Purchasing (Mandarin speaking is a must)

Duties and Responsibility

Analyse and strive to maintained up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, pricing and availability relative to the product assigned.

Perform in a purchase, delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of materials.

Close coordinate with Forwarded and supplier on shipment delivery schedule and avoid any unnecessary charges.

Complete closure of monthly PO and maintain proper procurement filling and recording system as well as upkeep a good vendor management system.

Monthly checking and update on Aging report before issuing new PO to supplier.

Engage in intercompany Purchase, Source for local and overseas best costs savings, quality new parts, materials, services or suppliers.

To Coordinate and ensure materials purchased are received on time and delivered smoothly to site on time includes of shipment arrangement, local and oversea transport, freight, import, export etc.

Coordinate meetings with supplier and stakeholder on forecast, issues and complains as well as any process improvement.

Deal with Corrective action report (CAR) with suppliers on any quality issues, products replacement, Product defect, products sample request, credit and debit note etc.

Engagement with stakeholders to agree prequalification and assessment criteria, devise specifications contract term KPIs and other instruments.

Skills & Requirement

Fresh Graduated are welcome, 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is advantages
