Job summary

Agricultural Chemiclas (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Penang, is seeking a Logistics Executive to handle procurement activities, supplier quotations, purchase orders, and shipping coordination. You will maintain records and support inter-department communication while ensuring timely delivery and smooth invoice/payment processes.

The role requires 2–4 years in procurement or supply chain, with strong MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holders in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of working experience in procurement and/or supply chain field
• Computer literate, good in MS Excel, Words & Powerpoint, with good typing skills and accuracy at work.
• Experience in utilizing ERP system for procurement related processes and reporting.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate and co-operate with other.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in procurement activities. Requesting for quotation, issuance of Purchase Order, follow up for on time delivery, and coordination with Invoices till payment arrangements.
• Assist in coordinate shipping and transportation schedules for incoming materials and outgoing finished products.
• Maintain accurate procurement and shipping records.
• Providing support on purchase dealings for better inter-departmental communication work arrangement and material requirements.
• Assist in maintaining and updating ISO documents and performance target monitoring.
• Assist in resolving problems arising or complaints regarding material requirements.
