• Maintain organized records for reports and invoices.
• Post invoices using computer systems.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine levels.
• Notify manager of low stock levels.
• Verify and track received inventory and logs.
• Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports.
• Receive, unload, and process deliveries.
• Adhere to food safety policies across all food areas.
• Monitor PAR levels for all food items.
