Job summary

Renaissance Hotels in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a non-management, full-time Food & Beverage staff member to support kitchen, restaurant, and room service operations. You will supervise, train, and coach staff while ensuring guest satisfaction and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: Food Safety certification course

Responsibilities

• Works as a team to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Inspects staff grooming and attire; rectifies deficiencies.
• Manages opening/closing duties: supplies, cleaning, security, and handover.
• Maintains sanitation, FIFO inventory, and food safety throughout kitchens and outlets.
• Supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff; role model for team.
