Job summary

Nasty Cookie Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement professional to evaluate and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and services in Malaysia. You will negotiate costs, issue POs, and coordinate with Warehouse and Production to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
2–3 years minimum in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain; food manufacturing preferred.
Experience with Halal documentation/certification is a plus.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

Source reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and services.
Obtain quotes, negotiate costs, and select suppliers based on quality and delivery.
Prepare and issue POs in line with company procedures.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Warehouse/Production to ensure inventory.
Ensure timely delivery and resolve supplier issues or disputes.
Verify supplier invoices and purchasing documents; maintain procurement records.
Maintain Halal compliance documentation and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development.
