Precede Precision Engineering / Molding Sdn Bhd (Precede Group) in Penang, Bayan Lepas, is seeking a Procurement Executive to support daily purchasing activities. You will source suppliers, request quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase orders, while coordinating with planning, production and the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires Mandarin communication with suppliers, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SPM or higher in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Must communicate in Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in handling daily purchasing activities.
• Source suppliers and request quotations.
• Compare prices and prepare purchase orders (PO).
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with planning, production and warehouse departments.
• Maintain and update purchasing records and documents.
• Assist in monitoring stock and material requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
