seeks a Procurement Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end procurement for direct materials and indirect categories, including RFQ/RFP processes and supplier onboarding. You will lead localization programs to strengthen the supply chain, drive cost savings through LTAs and spend analytics, and oversee contract management, risk mitigation, and SAP/SRM based reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supplier development/procurement for electronics.
• Experience with direct and indirect purchasing, contract management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Job description

Procurement Executive / Senior Executive

Oversee end-to-end procurement for both direct materials (components, raw materials) and indirect categories (MRO, services). Lead RFQ/RFP processes, perform supplier evaluations, and manage the complete supplier lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.

2.Localization & Supply Chain Development

Spearhead supplier localization programs aimed at reducing import reliance, improving lead times, and building a more resilient supply chain. Collaborate cross-functionally to qualify local suppliers, monitor project milestones, and quantify cost savings achieved.

3.Cost Negotiation & Savings Delivery

Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Develop and execute annual savings strategies through should-cost analysis, Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), and spend consolidation initiatives. Monitor and report savings performance against set targets.

4.Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, payment terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Administer the full contract lifecycle while ensuring policy compliance, and coordinate with Legal and Finance teams on contractual matters.

5.Supply Risk Management

Proactively identify high-risk and single-source dependencies, conduct supplier risk assessments, and develop contingency and business continuity plans to safeguard supply chain operations.

6.System , Reporting & Analytics

Leverage SAP for procurement operations and AI-driven tools for data analysis and management. Maintain procurement dashboards, track KPIs, manage budget reporting, and perform supplier account reconciliation.

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in electronics related majors.

More than 5 years of experience in supplier development for electronics, PCBA and other related materials.

More than 5 years of experience in procurement, including direct and indirect purchasing.

More than 5 years of experience in business negotiation and contract management, more than 3 years of experience in data analysis of procurement business.

More than 5 years of experience in ERP, SRM, SAP system and understanding of the basics of Lean.

Familiar with inventory management and experience in independently leading inventory improvement projects.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and process compliance.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Familiarity with cost saving initiatives and supplier performance dashboards.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
