CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. 正在吉隆坡招聘采购助理，负责协助发出 RFQ、收集报价、整理比价表并协助采购单处理与跟进。候选人需具备基本采购知识、英语沟通能力和 Excel 技能，具备 ERP/SAP/采购系统经验者优先。

该职位要求本科及以上学历，0–3 年相关工作经验，能在国际团队环境中工作，具备良好的文件整理能力和团队协作精神。工作地点为现场，具备发展空间与培训机会。

Job description

协助发出询价单、收集供应商报价并编制基本比价表。
Assist in issuing RFQs, collecting supplier quotations and preparing basic quotation comparison tables.

协助采购订单的准备、处理及跟进。
Assist in preparing, processing and following up purchase orders.

跟进材料及设备的交货进度，并确认收货情况。
Follow up delivery schedules and confirm receipt of materials and equipment.

整理送货单、发票及其他采购相关文件。
Organize delivery notes, invoices and other procurement-related documents.

维护供应商资料、价格台账及合格供应商清单。
Maintain supplier information, price records and approved vendor lists.

协助整理定标资料及采购相关报告。
Assist in compiling award recommendation documents and procurement reports.

与供应商及内部项目团队协调采购、交货及相关事宜。
Coordinate with suppliers and internal project teams on procurement and delivery matters.

确保采购资料完整、准确并及时更新。
Ensure procurement records are complete, accurate and kept up to date.

Requirements / 任职要求

学历要求 / Education

本科或以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工程管理、商业管理、机械/机电工程或相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Construction/Project Management, Business Administration, Mechanical or M&E Engineering are preferred.

了解基本采购流程、报价构成及发票与税务基础知识。
Basic understanding of procurement procedures, quotation structures, and fundamentals of invoices and taxation.

熟悉 Excel 等办公软件；有 ERP、SAP 或采购管理系统经验者优先。
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP, SAP or procurement systems is an advantage.

工作经验 / Work Experience

0–3年工程材料/设备采购、供应链或行政支持相关工作经验。
0–3 years of experience in construction materials/equipment procurement, supply chain or administrative support.

能够在指导下完成询价、报价收集及基本比价工作。
Able to handle RFQs, quotation collection and basic price comparisons under supervision.

能够协助办理采购订单、跟踪交货进度及整理相关单据。
Able to assist with purchase orders, delivery tracking and procurement documentation.

能维护供应商信息、价格记录及合格供应商清单。
Able to maintain supplier information, price records and approved vendor lists.

语言要求 / Language Requirements

熟练掌握英语，具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力。
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

能够编写及审阅基本采购文件、询价函、比价表、会议纪要、邮件及报告。
Able to prepare and review basic procurement documents, RFQs, comparison sheets, meeting minutes, emails and reports.

英语读写能力良好，能够适应国际团队协作。
Strong English reading and writing skills and able to work effectively in an international team environment.

具备中文沟通能力者优先。
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
