Job summary

Rhingle Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract administration to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.

You will develop approved vendor pools, monitor performance, handle POs and maintain records, while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal policies. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing or vendor management experience.
• Experience handling vendor onboarding, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel etc) and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to balance cost, quality and service.
• Obtain, analyse and compare quotations for projects and purchases.
• Develop, onboard and maintain a pool of approved vendors across events, production, logistics, printing, merchandise, digital and corporate services.
• Monitor supplier performance, service quality, delivery timelines and contract compliance.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contract administration.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services to support project execution.
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, contracts and supporting documentation.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, approval workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Track supplier spending and procurement budgets; prepare procurement reports and savings initiatives.

Description of Role

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contract administration.

Compliance & ISO Management

• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, approval workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Support ISO documentation, vendor assessments, audit preparation and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain proper procurement controls, records retention and documentation standards.

Cost Control & Reporting

• Track supplier spending and procurement budgets.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses and savings initiatives for management review.
• Support contract renewal planning and supplier risk assessments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field
• 2+ years of procurement, purchasing or vendor management experience
• Experience handling vendor onboarding, supplier negotiations and contract management
• Good understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel etc) and procurement documentation
