Job summary

rhi is supporting a client in Kuala Lumpur to hire a Procurement Analyst for a 12-month contract, with hybrid work (Bangsar South KL, 60/40 WFH). Shifts run 5:00pm–2:00am or 8:00pm–5:00am to align with US & UK business.

The role is based in a global shared service centre serving USA/UK markets. The analyst will provide 2nd-line support on S2P issues, drive process improvements, manage supplier communications, and coordinate with Coupa and external vendors, while collaborating with

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of large, shared service centre experience.
• Solid understanding of procurement and finance processes.
• Highly competent in analysing and managing customer data.
• Exposure to the oil & gas industry (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Acting as the 2nd line to identify, resolve and develop solutions to complex queries and systemic operational problems which cannot be resolved by the Level 1 helpdesk team.
• Playing a key role in identifying areas of improvement across S2P processes.
• To provide timely and relevant customer feedback and status updates be it via the case management tool, email or Microsoft Teams chat.
• Prioritize business critical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• You will also act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement in end-to-end process.
• Supporting the Team Lead in issue handling and working with cross functional teams for the highest priority issues/highest sensitivity cases.
• Coordinate with 'Coupa' support and third-party vendors for issue resolution.

rhi are supporting our client to find a systematic Procurement Analyst to support their global shared service centre in Kuala Lumpur, providing exceptional service to the USA and UK markets.

Duration: 12-month contract - Possible for extension

Location: Bangsar South KL - WFH 60/40

Shift hours: 5:00pm to 2:00am or 8:00pm to 5:00am (To align with US & UK business)

Key Responsibilities

• Exposure to the oil & gas industry - Desirable

Must

• Be able to follow shift hours: 5:00pm to 2:00am or 8:00pm to 5:00am (Extra Night shift & Transportation allowance will be paid)
• Understand on offer is a 12-month role | Malaysian temp contract.
• Be comfortable of a renumeration of between 6,000to 7,200 MYR p.m (Rate pending experience and suitability)
