Job summary

Alpha IVF Group is seeking an Administration & Procurement Intern to support the Admin and Procurement team on purchasing, inventory and general office operations at the centre.

You will assist with procurement checks, contract tracking, stock monitoring and reporting. The role offers exposure to supplier negotiations, records management and MOH/MHTC submissions, ideal for a student pursuing a business, supply chain or office management degree.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Procurement support: check requisitions and process purchase orders.
• Contracts and documentation: assist in preparing and tracking supplier contracts.
• Inventory support: maintain stock records and coordinate with operations.
• Reporting and admin: support MOH/MHTC submissions and prepare procurement reports.
