Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an Internship in the Supply Chain Finance Department (Admin). You will assist in HR admin tasks, records, attendance, and recruitment support, while gaining exposure to accounting and purchasing activities as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, possess MS Office basics, and show attention to detail and good communication. This internship provides hands-on experience and a monthly stipend of up to RM600.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and documents
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to learn across Accounts, HR, and Purchasing functions
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team
• No prior working experience is required

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR documents.
• Assist in monitoring attendance, leave, and other employee records.
• Support recruitment activities such as arranging interviews and preparing candidate documents.
• Support daily HR administrative activities.
• Assist in data entry and maintaining accounting records.
• Assist in checking and matching invoices, DOs, POs, and payment documents.
• Support basic account reconciliation and preparation of accounting reports.
• Update purchasing and supplier information in the internal system.
• Assist in checking purchased items and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with different departments when required.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
