Job summary

Taiace Energy Services Sdn Bhd offers a Procurement Admin Intern role in Nilai, Malaysia. You will learn the procurement cycle, assist with POs, maintain supplier data, and support cost optimization efforts while collaborating with the Procurement/Operations team.

The internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and potential for a full-time role in our Admin or Procurement departments. Dynamics in the energy sector provide real-world exposure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI and ERP basics.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Prior admin or events logistics experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor RFQ processes and communicate delivery timelines.
• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders and ensure procurement docs are accurate.
• Maintain supplier database, price lists, and track orders in Excel/ERP.
• Coordinate on-time delivery and verify Goods against DO.
• Research new suppliers or materials to support cost optimization.
• Compile weekly spending or inventory reports.
