Job summary

Taiace Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, is offering an Internship in Sales & Client Admin. You will bridge the sales team and customers, learning how a sales department operates and supporting high-growth operations in renewable energy.

You will interact with clients via WhatsApp, calls and email, help prepare quotations, manage CRM data, schedule site visits, and follow up after installation. Potential for future hire exists based on performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with WhatsApp Web for business.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple chats.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for potential customers via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Update customer details and sales progress in CRM/Excel.
• Organize site visit schedules and coordinate installation dates.
• Follow up with customers after installation to gather feedback.
• Compile weekly sales reports for management.
