Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional in Malaysia to source and procure project materials or services and manage RFQ/RFP processes. You will prepare procurement documents to solicit bids, tabulate commercial bid evaluations, and compare offers from suppliers.

The role involves collaborating with the project team on cost and technical evaluations as part of ensuring Time, Quality, and Cost objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and procurement for projects.
• Ability to prepare RFQ/RFP documents and solicit bids.
• Experience with bid evaluation and cost comparison.

Prepare procurement documents to solicit bids/quotation for the purchase and / or lease for materials and services. Tabulation on commercial bid evaluation, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.

Responsible to work with project team in cost comparison among bidders and technical evaluation summary, as part of the Techno- Commercial evaluation before award. This is to achieve teh company's objective of TQC (Time, Quality, Cost).
