Accenture is seeking a Procure to Pay specialist in Malaysia to oversee PO/NPO processing, payments, and reconciliations. The role involves working with SAP, MS Office, and cross-functional teams, including clients and Accenture management.

You will handle T&E, vendor inquiries, and month-end activities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in P2P, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a global team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 4-5 years of Procure to Pay experience with working knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle PO & NPO Invoice Processing in ReadSoft OCR & Workflow.
• Handle PO & NPO Payment Processing (including urgent payments).
• Handle Payment Accuracy and Reconciliations.
• Handle Travel & Expense Claims, Electronic invoice & ERS management.
• Handle AP / Vendor Statement Reconciliation and Procurement Card Processing.
• Handle Vendor inquiries resolution including Client / Customer calls.
• Handle T&E Concur administration and procurement card administration.
• Manage Unclaimed Property - Escheatment Process and KPI/SLA reporting.

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or any related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Procure to Pay area, with working knowledge of SAP.
