Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia (Selangor) seeks a results‑oriented Procure to Pay analyst to support country teams with invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliations, and policy compliance. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to meet KPI targets and supports audits and ad hoc data projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 1 year in PTP, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English and Japanese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Procure to Pay.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process Procure to Pay activities for designated countries per policy.
• Handle invoice processing and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Respond to country queries and manage escalations.
• Support internal and external audits and ad hoc reporting.
• Provide on-the-job training to new joiners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a range of operational activities associated with PTP for the respective countries including invoice processing, handling internal/external queries, reconciling vendor statements of accounts etc. This includes conduct assigned controls on a day-to-day basis, create and store evidence as per Group/Division IC S policy.
• Deliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance management.
• Regular engagement with country teams and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processes.
• Address and resolve queries and escalations from the countries on a timely basis with minimized financial risk.
• Remain up to date and comply with relevant policies, controls, thresholds, and standard operating procedures, including support documentation on work instruction.
• Works with the Team Lead, Process specialists and BPO to embed process changes, improvements and address any process deviation.
• Provide regular updates to their Team Lead on process completion and any escalations.
• Support on internal and external audit activities.
• Support any business requirement including ad hoc reporting, data analysis and finance related projects.
• Provide on-the-job training to the new joiners in the team/retraining of the existing resources based on the need identified in the process.
• Provide input into the continuous improvement agenda by providing documented ideas to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Procure to Pay.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• The candidate should demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn, especially in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese, including reading, writing, and speaking.
