Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procure to Pay specialist in Kuala Lumpur to oversee day-to-day operations, manage invoice processing, payments, and controls, and drive accuracy and timely delivery. You will work with peers within Accenture and occasionally with clients, with minimal daily guidance and moderate instructions on new tasks.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Business and 4–5 years P2P experience with SAP, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Procure to Pay area, with working knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical & Logical Reasoning.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel and PPT).
• Working experience in SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle PO & NPO invoice processing in Read Soft OCR & Workflow.
• Handle PO & NPO payment processing (including urgent payments).
• Handle Payment Accuracy and Reconciliations.
• Handle Travel & Expense Claims, Electronic invoice & ERS management.
• Handling Unclaimed Property - Escheatment Process.
• Handling Month end processing & Cash Forecasts.
• Knowledge of Requisition to PO processes.
• SOX controls/audit requests handling.
• Experience with ERS (Evaluated Receipts Settlement).

Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or any related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Procure to Pay area, with working knowledge of SAP.
