Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical tools, software, or systems relevant to manufacturing engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Commitment to an initial 1-year contract term, with openness to a 1-year extension.

Responsibilities

• Own, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for excellence and yield.
• Analyze process, equipment, and production data to identify trends and insights.
• Conduct experiments, testing, and measurements to maintain process control and reduce variation.
• Develop and sustain improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support business goals.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for deviations and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through data visualization, automation, and monitoring tools.
