Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
- MBA or related master’s preferred.
- Hands-on NPI experience in manufacturing, with shop floor systems.
- Willing to work onsite in Penang.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate system designs for optimization.
- Integrate and configure hardware and software in manufacturing.
- Map factory requirements to automation capabilities.
- Use data analytics to diagnose issues and improve reliability.
- Develop metrics and monitoring processes for systems.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate across factories on continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Work with suppliers to troubleshoot and improve products.
- Manage projects through end-to-end lifecycle.
- Conduct gap analyses for disruptive technologies and lead implementation.
